What Is The Meaning Of This Logo?
(1) The hand with a quill represents bloggers from Quezon Province who have the passion to blog
(2) The quill that is shaped as a palm branch represents the coconut tree which symbolizes growth, versatility and life
(3) The hatched coconut where the quill is dipped for ink represents the Province of Quezon known for its primary use of Copra as its number one product and livelihood. It is in the coconut (Quezon Province) where a KABATAQ blogger finds his true identity, meaning and inspiration
(4) The black background represents integrity and passion
(5) The shining light in the middle of the logo which emerges from the map of Quezon represents the yearning of the province to be known in the Philippines and share its culture and heritage to all Filipinos around the world
(6) The Circled letterhead of KABATAQ represents continuity (without start and end) and symbolizes unity and harmony
(7) The Philippine Flag represents the identity of the KABATAQ members as Filipino Citizens

Who May Use This Logo?
Anyone who is proud member of KABATAQ may use this logo on their website. It is free to use for both personal and business websites. The only requirements are (1) do not modify the logo, (2) do not alter the codes, and (3) link the logo back to this registration page of KABATAQ, so that when someone clicks on the logo, they can see the registration form and join the group.

How To Add The Logo On Your Sidebar?
Just choose from the variations of sizes below that will compliment the background of your blog. Then on the codes area, press Ctrl+C or copy pase the code.

For Wordpress.Com users:
(1) Go to your control panel/dashboard then click design > Widget
(2) on widget tab, add text widget to the sidebar
(3) place the text widget on the topmost part of the sidebar
(4) edit widget and copy past the code. press “change” button then press “save changes”

For Blogspot Users:
Just copy paste the code on the sidebar template on your edit panel.

*REMEMBER: To put the logo on the topmost area of the sidebar or in area where it can easily be seen by readers so that when a reader from Quezon province passes by, he she can easily identify the blogger as a member of the group. A member cannot use the logo for profit oriented projects and purposes. It is copyrighted under the KABATAQ organization and anyone who violates copyright laws can face liabilities.

*INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO PUT THE LOGO ON YOUR WORDPRESS SIDEBAR

To put the Logo on your wordpress sidebar, just follow this step by step instruction

1. Go to you admin panel. Look for the tab “Widgets” under the “Appearance Tab” and click it. You will be taken to the widgets editing interface.

2. On the available widgets (RSS, Calendar, Archives, Meta etc…) look for the “Text” widget. Press add. You will see that a “text” widget was added to the sidebar (the right side of your monitor).

3. Now click the “edit” button on the text widget. The text widget will open and you will see a blank text field.

4. On the above text field, put a title on the widget. Lets say for example “Join KABATAQ”

5. Then on the large text field, copy paste the code provided below.

6. When copied, clcik the “done” button. The Text widget will automatically retract and close.

7. At the very bottom of the sidebar, clcik “Save”

8. Then go now to your homepage to check if the Logo will show up. If it shows up, then you are successful. But if it doesn’t, then repeat the whole proces.

Do not change the code of the logo, move it or delete any characters in it or the logo will break and won’t work.
