Sabi nila ang buhay daw ay parang gulog, minsan nasa ilalim minsan nasa ibabaw. Ngunit ang buhay ay para ding parisukat, apat ang sulok, apat din ang kanto. Sa seminaryo ay may itinuro sa amin na istratehiya kung paano mo papapalawak ang kaalaman sa iyong sarili sa pag-gamit ng Bintana ni Johari (Johari’s window).
1. Alam mo, alam nila
2. alam mo, di nila alam
3. alam nila, di mo alam
4. di mo alam, di rin nila alam.
Marami dumadaan sa buhay na hindi nila lubos nakikilala ang kanilang mga sarili. Marahil dahil na rin sa walang nagsasabi sa kanila kung paano. Ngunit ang tao talaga ay may angking kalikasan upang malaman ang sarili nya o ang mga pangyayari sa kanyang paligid.
Kung mas malalaman natin ang sarili natin ng lubusan, mas marami tayong tao na mahihipo, matutulungan at madadamayan sapagkat malalamannatin ang kanilang mga hinaing, hinagpis atmga panganagailanagn.

Kilalanin ang sarili, at makikita mo na sa kaibuturan ng iyong puso ay naglalagablab ang pagnanasa na tumulong sa mga higit na ngangangailangan. Ating gawing makulay ang apat na sulok ng ating buhay.
