What is a Legal funding?

Remember the case of Jun Lozada when the government and their tentacles bombarded him with various lawsuits? The Catholic Church of the Philippines established a fund raising campaign to help Jun Lozada and other witnesses in shouldering the expenses of their financial obligations in court. But what would you do if there is no existing organization that will help you through your financial crisis during your legal battle? Legal funding or what we call pre-settlement funding provides funds for your legal expenses. Say for example if you are involved in a lawsuit and the case will last for months or even years, your work is very much affected as the same way that paying your bills is also involved in your dilemma. But there are actual firms that will lend you the fund to finance your legal battle in courts. These firms, such as LawMax, can help you avoid financial crisis, including home foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy and ruined credit. You can receive your settlement even before your case ends. What is the catch? Nothing. Actually, the company is taking a risk on your case because you do not have to make any payments until your case settles. If there is no chance for financial recovery, you keep their investment and you owe them nothing. They do not also have credit checks, employment requirements, or monthly payments. So why cry over spilled milk?
