I have been jogging every 5 in the morning and doing sit-ups for the past 4 weeks now but it seems my thighs and abs are not getting smaller. A friend told me that I have also to consider my diet because even if I exercise a lot and still continue to gobble foods with all those calories that contributes to my weight, then my exercise has no effect on me at all.
