Pareng Ambo, as the author of OTWOMD™ usually calls him, used to refer himself before in the blogosphere as “Pinoy-Am”. When he frequented this blog and became one of OTWOMD™’s very avid and loyal readers, The Author baptized him with a different name known to you today as AMBO. The Author did the name changing because he always laugh whenever he type his name, referred to in his mind as a home made formula for dehydrated patients. Ever since Ambo accepted the name, which The Author gave him, he became even more popular in the blogosphere, not because of the name, but simply because he carried himself around the blogosphere with humility and pride rolled into one, which best reflects the title of his own blog, Pinoy Ambisyoso Meets World: The Proud Pinoy. Ambo was once featured here with her on-screen Lab Team, Chuvaness in one of OTWOMD™’s post which gave it one of the second highest grossing number of Comments to date. He is one of OTWOMD™’s staunchest ally and friend and has become one of this blog’s Most Valuable Supporter (not the jock-strap haha). Ambo’s humility resounds through out the whole blogosphere, which is why he never runs out of Fan and Friends alike. He manages not only one but also three blogs to be exact. Ambo’s name will go far as what his pseudonym (Ambisyoso) implies especially with his very rare quality of being one of the most prolific, industrious and humble blogger which the pinoy blogosphere never had before. No wonder the Queen loves him so much (nyahahahaha!!). Watch out elitists for Ambo is here to rock the house!!!

Tell us a little bit of history of your blog and blogging… when did it start, how and why?
It all started out of curiosity. I don’t know exactly what blog’s all about. Then I’ve learned when I signed up at wordpress and my first account’s twetyninthday.wordpress.com. June 01, 2007 when I wrote my first entry. Then I asked my friends to make a visit after 2 weeks. At first, I find it boring because my knowledge in writing is really poor. I’ve gone crazy when I wrote an article about Francswiss, it’s a hit!.
Tell us about the main theme (not the design) of your blog, what mostly do you blog and why did you decide to have that kind of theme (niche).
As a novice, I don’t know exactly the right niche for my blog. Before, Pinoy Ambisyoso was titled Random Thoughts. Month after, I decided to make it a dot com. All that was considered a trial and error stage. I was inspired to blog about Pinoys when I learned that many bloggers and readers are from outside the country.
Where do you mostly blog (home or work) and how much time do you spent in blogging
I usually blog at home and I spend so much time as if I am addicted to it.
What do you mostly get in blogging (either finanacial or personal fulfillment).
I consider blogging as a personal fulfillment next to financial. I want to be known as a Professional Blogger but I know it will take time to achieve it.
How does your blog help you in your everyday life, maturity as a person and human being.
I think I cannot live without a day of blogging. It really affects my everyday life. I call it an obligation. I learned a lot from my readers and the bloggers community. I’ve noticed that blogging helped me in so many ways. As an individual who seeks improvement for himself. I’ve learned to listen, understand and love other people from all walks of life.
What are the things you need to learn or improve in your blog habit.
As a blogger, I want to develop and practice time management, writing skills, creativity and human interaction.

When and where did you find out OTWOMD?
I can’t vividly remember when and where.
What is your first impression of OTWOMD?
All I know OTWOMD’s author is an ex-seminarian who works in Oman. I thought it’s purely for religious people written by a UP graduate, a cumlaude. (ed’s note: haha, langya ka Ambo, mukha ba akong arabo? sabi naman ni Malen akala nya daw dati bumbay ako haha / “you’re naughty Ambo, Do I look like an Arab? Malen thought before that I was an Indian National)
When did you start to comment on OTWOMD? is it awkward to comment at first? if yes, why?
Yes it was. I don’t know why the feeling’s uneasy. I’ve the impression that the blog’s meant for elite and intelligent people.
What is the reason why you like/love reading OTWOMD?
The blog awakens me as a person. Words and wisdom serves as my strength. It rules my individuality.
What is your most favorite part/section/feature of OTWOMD?
I love the content of the blog. The articles usually bring surprises to readers. Everyday is a moment to wait.
What makes you comeback to OTWOMD?
The readers. It’s like an open book, chatroom, friendster alike and opinions. You meet new people with great minds.
What particular post/entry that struck you/memorable for you and why?
The Hundreth. The 100th showed me the real man behind blog.
If bluepanjeet would be a plant, animal, or things, what would he be for you and why?.
I’d choose a heart. I feel that this person is not only a friend but also a brother to me. His wondrous ways to share his innermost feelings and actions to others serve as an inspiration.
Lastly, if you can sum up OTWOMD in one sentence, what would it be?
OTWOMD strides the world in a way that no others does.
Do you still have dreams to fulfill? if you do, what is/are your greatest dream/s?
That’s why I am called Pinoy Ambisyoso because I ‘ve so many dreams I want to achieve in life. Building a foundation for children is one of my greatest dreams. I love kids. I love family. I’m a family centered individual.
