I used to play in the rain with my childhood playmates and my cousins. It was a good feeling having no worries and everything. Just enjoying life's little pleasures. Its a long time before I played in the rain. when we had our seminary intensification at Rivotorto (The one in my hues menu) the rain poured with all the thunder and lightning. I asked my superior if I could play in the rain and he gave me permission. for an hour I was running and playing alone in the rice field with all the thunder storm and lightning. my brother seminarians watched me from our tent and was so afraid na I might get struck by lightning. pero it was a great experience to be free once in a while and be a child all over again. That was nice of you and your sister being good samaritans. don't you find it strange that life is so mysterious that God seems to arrange for us the people we would meet? That was cool of her to join you in singing all night. The greatest memories of my childhood as I recall were during the rainy season. The mere mention of the food choices you listed made me hungry (i'm on a diet pa naman!). Seriously though, I remember one occasion when my sister brought home a stranger, stranded because of the flood caused by a huge storm that went through Manila. She stayed with us overnight, singing with us, telling stories about her family while we tell her about ours. That girl never forgot that rainy night when someone whom she didn't know, gave her a place to sleep and keep warm. She came by every year to bring us small presents from her province (I forget which one) as a gesture of thanks. I thought our sliding windows would shatter because of the wind force and I would die being pierced by its pieces hehehe (imagination talaga). :lol: hahaha. that was before K in our old house. I'm glad we moved in here two years ago because there's no more leak on the roof. happy weekend too bro! :smile: :arrow: K.

There's something about rain that makes my mood swell like a sick puppy. Not that I can't go out, it's the gloomy mood of the city. It's always a pain to bring an umbrella, I don't mind getting wet but on the good side, RAINs in the province is a blessing (even fear a typhoon is coming or something pero sanay na kami) it's a rain that makes you smile when it stops, you'll see blue skies in the horizons. At syempre masarap kumain ng daing at nakakamay. It rained this morning and I was feeling okay since siguro naka-relate yung pag uwi ko, I started to put a positive vibes to it. Ika nga kanya-kanyang "weather" lang yan. Besides, masarap pakinggan ang mga kanta ni Sitti Navarro during the quiet evenings when the weather is bad esp during the weekends. Happy Weekend, blue.
