Hello there, I am wondering if you can help me. I am planning on bringing a group of pilgrim to WYD in Spain. I would like to get permission to use your logo on our T Shirts for our group, along with Receipts of payment for our kids. When we went to Australia it made the receipts and such more memorable and many of the kids kept them because they wanted them in their scrapbooks. We would not sell the logo or copy any of the promotional ITEMS you have. It would just be for local purposes. Thank you,

I understand that you are pertaining to the Logo of the World Youth Day 2011 in Madrid which I modified, edited and posted here. Well the logo is officially owned by World Youth Day 2011 and according to “Fair Use Doctrine”, we can use it as long as we do not change anything basic and fundamental on the logo because it is under intellectual property rights.

In short, Sister, you can use the Logo of the WYD because first of all it is not mine, second of all, the logo is meant to be used around the world by pilgrims planning to attend the said event.

I wish and pray that you will have a safe and joy filled trip to Madrid, Spain to meet the Pope. MY prayers are with all of you and regards to your Group mates, from one WYD alumni to another WYD alumni.
