An interesting analysis. I believe that you are correct. But there is one other bit of evidence which really bolsters your case. Think about Jesus. He was a carpenter. I would imagine that carpenters back then were pretty muscular and strong. On a cross they would be one of the last to die due to their upper body strength.

I respect your opinion.

But actually the purpose of the research was not contradictory to faith. It actually strengthens the faith all the more. since all of their explanations are extracted from the narration from the bible itself. They only gave the medical parlance of the event since during those times, man's knowledge of the human body and dynamics are limited. Isn't the thing you called faith is also extracted from the bible which you have not seen personally but was just explained to you by a preacher, a minister, theologian or a priest? same thing.

I don't believe in those speculations, as that is how I consider the hereby stated explanations. We can not give a scientific fact from evidences we have not seen. For me, what is important is that despite we have not seen the events stated in the Bible, we still believe it - and that is faith.

Dear Becca,

actually this is my favorite song. I have so many versions of this including a choir rendition by the De La Salle choir. This is actually the second time Gary V recorded this song. Kasabay ito ng warrior is a child. Yung first rendition nya nito ay noong 80's pa. the original singer of this song is basil valdez (heheh may trivia na bonus)

I always sing this song and "take me out of the dark" whenever I am in a videoke bar. Lagi nirerequest saken yan ng mga barkada ko pag nagiinom kami. and true enough like you, when I sing this, I always cry, di lang halata kasi magaling ako magdala. This song reminds me of how sinful I am. And I'm proud of that since it makes me a favorite of God in his eyes. Mas mahal daw ng panginoon ang mga makasalanan eh hehe.

I hope you read this article, it is very interesting and the same time a tear jerker.

May you feel the Love of the Crucified Christ this coming days of Holy Week. o ayan naiiyak na rin ako hehe. Tama na ang senti.

May the Lord have mercy on all of us sinners.
