I am so saddened and speechless to what my country men have resorted yesterday regarding the massacre of civilians and journalist over the filing of the certificate of candidacy by a rival political clan. I cannot express fully what I am feeling right now. It’s beyond words. No amount of words can ever describe the horror that the perpetrators did to innocent lives. Some of the victims were raped, beheaded, tortured, slashed by the throat and gunned-down yesterday morning. This is the political scenario in our country… a country whose faith has been rich and was declared recently by the US Department of State as having an excellent record for freedom of religion, yet where does religion stand in the conscience of Filipinos, while they massacre innocent people for the sake of staying into power. I am asking peopel who are reading this, and whatever religion you are in, PLEASE, join us in prayer for the souls of the victims of this horrible evil… and that Justice may find its way… somewhere, somehow. OTWOMD condemns this brutal massacre to the highest degree and severest form!!!!

i cannot imagine that a Filipino can do this for the sake of politics, power, or whatever you want to call it. what we can do for now is pray for the lives that has been taken and justice for them.
