I woke up today realizing that the tropical storm Ondoy have left devastating effects on Luzon. My Sister called me up and checking us out because the news in the US is not good. Another one of my blog friends emailed us asking for prayers because one of her aunt in Marikina was stuck in the rooftop for 18 hours and still no rescuers have picked them up. Later today, Pagasa reported that the rain which dropped yesterday was 16 inches in length. Whatever it means, its just saying that more rain water poured down during the storm. So I went to my photo subscription and lo and behold to what I saw, I did not expect that the flood was so widespread. Here in our area we didn’t experience flood since we are protected by the mighty and still forested Mount Banahaw. Thats why I had no idea that the flood was worse. I never bothered checking the news since I was busy tweaking my blog (how self absorbed and autistic am I huh?). Anyway, here are some pics which I posted on my other blog. About the Catholic Blogger

, a.k.a. "bluepanjeet" has been writing in cyber space since 2005. In 2006, he jump-started his Catholic blogging a few years even before the Catholic Church realized the importance of utilizing social networks in spreading the Gospel. In 2007, in response to a realization of the growing need for Catholic Bloggers online, he officially launched his own self-hosted Catholic blog and called it "On The Wings Of My Dream" or simply OTWOMD which is a metaphor of his favorite psalm in the Bible, Psalm 63. Since then he has been blogging, and sometimes podcasting, for the Catholic Church using his enthusiasm in the New Media, his inclination on visual and digital arts, his passion for the written word and his love for the Catholic Church.
