One of my dreams is to visit Rome and Vatican city someday (and especially the tomb of my hero, Pope John Paul II). But if you are like me who is still struggling to make the dream a reality everyday, we’ll you’ll just have to be contented with friends taking pictures of St. Peter’s Square for you or Praying on your behalf at the tomb of St. John Vianney. Well, today, the possibility is endless with the internet for you can already visit the Tomb Of John Paul II via webcam. Seriously. How? The Vatican in its official Government webpage has this virtual tour of the city skyline including the tomb of John Paul II. I was surprised when I visited the site. I thought it was a photo. But its actually a real time webcam inside the Tomb of John Paul II.

It means that whenever you feel you wanted to visit the tomb of John Paul II even on “spirit”, you can always go to the official Vatican State website and say your prayers in front of his tomb.

I know some people will be very glad for this news since like me, they are also praying for John Paul II’s intercession and novena. Now you can say your Beatification prayer to John Paull II virtually.

Aside from John Paul II’s tomb, you can also see in real time via webcam the Dome of St. Peter, Castel Gondolfo, St. Peter’s Square, The Governorate, and St. Peter’s Basilica.

Everyday, there is always an interesting development over the Internet that will uplift your spirit and faith, you just have to learn how to look…

Ako kasi after 100 years pa siguro makakarating doon :)
