Blessed be Our Lord Jesus Christ! The Church has decided to open up the apparition site of Our Lady Mary Mediatrix of All Grace at the Carmel in Lipa City, Batangas. I am from Lipa City and our house is actually just a block away from where the coconut tree that you mentioned is located. I can still remember the night when the miracle happened. I was able to see the image from our window. I had goosebumps and I can't explain how I felt during that time. Mt. Carmel Church is also near our place, just a few blocks away from our house. The place is really solemn. For those you haven't visited the church, if you do have time, please do. I also remember during the time of the apparition on the coconut tree, we were also able to see the "dancing sun". I was in school at that time. It's a phenomenon, really amazing. Man, it's just now that I realized how many miracles I've witnessed. Including all the good things that had happened in my life. No matter how impossible it may seem, as long as you believe. He also had a Jesuit uncle with Vatican ties who was working in Manila when the investigation occurred. The student claimed his uncle worked to get the vision discredited because he didn't believe in visions...and so a "new" verdict of unfavorable being made. I don't know if the student was making up stories to brag, but his uncle was a Jesuit and working in Japan when the student lived with us.
