[resolved] Problems on WP 2.2 with my language (Greek)

if the above solutions doesn’t work, try to repeat your upgrade but this time deactivating all your plug-ins including your akismet.

also try to go to your WP control panel/options/reading then make sure that on the the “encoding for pages and feeds” area, the code is UTF-8

WordPress is not yet releasing any official fix for this glitch. and in the event that all existing solutions failed, the only option is to wait for their official bug fix.

I upgraded and found all these crazy characters appearing on every page. They said that this happened because they made way for 'other languages' to be accommodated. There was a plug-in (UTF-8) but it didn't work on mine. It was supposed to fix the DB because it is a database problem. Till now, I'm still searching for answers. Hu-hu-hu!
