I was waiting for my cousins to arrive in a certain coffee house for our group bonding when I heard conversations at my back. Three men were talking about diet and weight loss. Well I have no intention to eavesdrop and I’m a person who minds his own business but i can’t help but listen to their conversation because they wer speaking loud enough for me to hear what they were talking about. it seems that the two slim guys were giving advice to their very fat friend on how to lose some weight (hmmm I should talk). Well the guy goes on like this:

Slim 1: …My Wife was asked me to lose weight so I did

Slim 2: Yeah me too, Jenny (my wife) told me that she’s very uncomfortable with my weight that’s why I was forced to take on diet regimens

Fat Guy: I guess I wanted to do the same but no one gives me a push. My wife is in Italy remember?

S1: But you don’t have to have your wife in order to shed some pounds. You have to have discipline…

S2: And even if she’s here, and you don’t help yourself, motivation is still useless. You must have a conviction of your own. Don’t wait for others to push you into doing what you like. Just do what you feel is necessary. After all, fat men can’t “do” it if you know what I mean, Your wife will be surprised if she arrives and sees you that you lose some weight.

FG: I think you’re right. Okay okay. I’ll do oit. What yshould I do?

S2: Well first you have to exercise that’s the first step. A few kilometers of brisk walking is already a big work on your calories

S1: next step is look for an online diet and weight loss program

and so my accidental eavesdropping made me curious. Curious enough that when I got home, I went to the site myself…
