Do you know that there is a school offering courses for Real Estate degree and further education? I didn’t realize till now that such course exist. In all honesty, I thought being a real estate agent or investor is an instinctual drive wherein you do the business by means of hands-on experience and not so much on the premises of classrooms or in the bowels of textbooks. I was so wrong. At first, I thought one should be employed, as an entry-level real estate agent then in the process becomes a well-respected real estate agent or investor. But then again I only stand corrected when I become aware of schools offering courses for students or professionals who want to pursue a long-term career in Real estate.

They have a few schools in Baltimore MD that offer formalized education. I have never attended them. Networking with other investors is a great way to learn also. Speaking with someone in the trenches is invaluable.
