One of the known causes of stress in the office is file maintenance and management especially if you are working in your company as an entry level probationary. When I was working in Nestle as an HR assistant, I dig tons of file in our filing cabinet everyday. There was no internet access in our division during that time and that only the payroll and account management where stored in our computer database. Therefore, it is hard to get the files and information you need at that moment. Would you believe that we have a set of encyclopedia on our cabinet in case the need for info becomes desperate? Sometimes my boss is so engrossed in information that she spends 75% of her time in the office asking us to retrieve and search for numerous files and documents that she needs.
