Functionality of websites

When I always look into an online catalog of some sort, I always make sure that the website that I browse would not take so much of my time as it loads. I only go to sites that are well organized, well categorized, interactive, neat, attractive, easy to surf and has a user friendly interface. Like for example if I am going to shop online for an executive desk, I will usually go to a furniture site that is well known for its functionality and grandiosity of the catalog. I can shop online on that site by room, by style or by color. Or if ever I thought of looking for a prospective home office furniture or bedroom furniture, I just go back to that site and browse some more until I finally chose the one that I like. You know, when the functionality and design of the website is awesome, often times customers and visitors keeps on coming back.
