Lakers won over Celtics in a 1-2 standing on the 2008 NBA Finals game 3: Lampaso mode!

At last! Filling the game deficit with a 2-1 standing in Game 3 of the NBA Finals, Laker?s had the Boston Celtics polished the floor with their new set of defenses and a passion driven game play. Kobe Bryant led the Lakers with a 6 point lead differential in their 87 points win over Celtic?s 81 points. Behind him was Slovenian Sasha Vujacic who outdid his teammates with a surprising flawless 20 point shoots. The Staples Center was literally overflowing with stars, starting with American Idol 7 winner David cook who sang the National Anthem. On the court side bleachers were famous celebrities rooting and supporting the Lakers such as Eddie Murphy, Steven Spielberg, Dustin Hoffman, Silvester Stallone, Football icon David Beckham, Jack Nicholson, Tobey McGuire and Michael Clark Duncan. Below are the game’s quarter by quarter recap:

FIRST QUARTER
- Odom got the first ever foul with Pierce
- First 3 point score garnerd by Radmanovic of the Lakers
- First 2 point score by Kobe Bryant
- First free throw by Gasol of the Lakers
- The first Quarter had many missed shots for the Lakers
- Kobe taps the ball from Rondo, then Fisher shot the ball for a score
SECOND QUARTER
- The best play of the game was when the Lakers pass the ball in circles until Radmonovic hit the scoreboard.
- PJ Brown and Farmar had a confrontation when the former tried to grab the ball from the Latter which resulted to a foul against Celtics
- Gasol lacked power when pursuing the ball in chance opportunity
THIRD QUARTER
- Lakers wasted a lot of shot by missing the basket and give away hoops during the 3rd quarter
- Even free throws proved nothing for the Lakers as they missed many of them in the basket
- Lakers tied with Celtics in 51 points
- Celtics immediatel garnered a 4 point lead after Odom had two consecutive failed attempts
- Odom?s performance was a mess during the Third Quarter
FOURTH QUARTER
- Gasol wasted a shot when he thought the referee will call a foul against Celtics
- Vujacic got a corner side 3 point shot
- Fisher used wit when he charged towards the domineering towers of Celtics, expecting that there would be a foul call against Celtics. He was right. His free throws were ring less.
- Gasol continued to waste the ball but recovered on the last remaining minutes for hooking some of Kobe?s almost missed shots.
- Boston spread over the floor, abandoning their tag team and executing a man to man defense for fear of Vijacic?s powerful 3 pointers. These somehow left a loophole on the Celtics defense that Kobe immediately seized, giving him an open field advantage.
